Scholars retail provides a full epos solution suitable for campus selling at shop level maximizing cost efficiency by purchasing on a "just in time" basis. efficiently controlling stock levels between campuses with full stock monitoring at a central location.

Scholars Catering
Scholars catering cashless system removes the need for students to carry cash ensuring students welfare and assisting in student finance management.
The cashless system is not only limited to catering but can include retail purchasing and entry control to halls of residence for added security.

Scholars Academic Purchasing
Scholars academic purchasing runs parallel with scholars retail allowing staff to purchase products through the college intranet therefore saving time and reducing costs.
Scholars academic purchasing is in real time to allow cost centre managers to manage expenditure and control purchasing

Scholars Finance Department
Scholars finance system allows instant monitoring of budgets, sales and stock control in real time at the highest level.

Scholars Software Specifications
Scholars has been designed for systems running on Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista. The data is held on a central server and has been designed to run within My Sql Environment
Scholars Software will cater for single to multi campuses.
